How do I refer a patient to Dr. Pinkos?
Please fill out the referral form by clicking on “Refer a Case”. Please include in the attachments the medical records, radiographs, and ECG if performed. After submitting this referral form, please have the owner call their local clinic to schedule.
How will I receive a report of my patient’s visit?
Dr. Pinkos will email a report directly to you within 24 hours of the visit.
Will these patients stay under my care or will they transfer to the local clinic hosting Dr. Pinkos?
The patients you refer will remain under your care.
